Is there a free plan?
Yes. Triagly has a permanent free tier — 25 items/month, 1 project, no credit card required and no expiry date. AI chat and weekly briefs are available on paid plans. If you want to experience the full product, the 30-day free trial gives you Growth-level access at no cost.
What counts as a feedback item?
Any piece of feedback that Triagly processes — a forwarded email, a widget submission, a Slack message, or a CSV row. Duplicate detection doesn't consume extra items; it's part of the processing.
How does the 30-day free trial work?

How many team members can I add?
Every plan includes unlimited seats. Add your whole team — everyone can receive the weekly brief and access the dashboard. No per-seat pricing.
What happens if I exceed my feedback item limit?
Each plan includes a 10–15% grace buffer so you won't lose feedback if you go slightly over. Beyond that, you can purchase top-up credits (50 items for $20, one-time) anytime — they never expire and are used automatically when you need them. Your feedback is never lost.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Do all plans include the same features?
Yes — with one exception. Every plan includes AI triage, weekly briefs, duplicate detection, trend analysis, AI chat, MCP server access, and GitHub, Linear & Asana integration. The differences between plans are feedback volume and the number of AI chat queries per month (shown on each plan card).
What counts as an AI query?
An AI query is any question you ask via AI chat in the dashboard. The monthly limit resets on the 1st of each month. Browsing, searching, and listing feedback never count toward the limit.
How much do I save with annual billing?

Is my data secure?
